WSOP 2020 goes online with 85 gold Bracelets!
World Series of Poker will be massive this year, with 85 gold bracelets available across two distinct platforms, WSOP.com and GGPoker.
World Series of Poker was rescheduled due to the coronavirus outbreak. In the last days it became clear that the World Series of Poker would be carried out online. Organizers announced “World Series of Poker Online, an online poker festival spanning two months. Set to be one of the largest online tournament series of all time, “WSOP Online” will offer players massive prize pools, unprecedented media coverage for online events, and the chance to win gold bracelet glory across two distinct gaming platforms, WSOP.com and GGPoker.”
It already started on July 1st through North American network and will be carried until the end of the month, which means 31 days where it’s possible to win one bracelet each day, so there will be 31 bracelets available for American players. WSOP.com allows play from customers geo-located in Nevada and New Jersey.
The others 52 tournaments will be played in the poker rooms that belong to the GGNetwork (GGPoker, GGpokerok) and will start on July 19th. “The international series will run through September 6 and mark the first time that players outside the U.S. have been able to compete for an official WSOP bracelet online.”
