BSOP São Paulo received more than 7 thousand subscribers and distributed almost R $ 9.5 million in prizes

The fourth round of the largest poker circuit in the Southern Hemisphere came to an end on Wednesday (25), with the title Affif Prado in the High Roller. Held in the state capital, the BSOP made history with gigantic fields, great prizes and several records beaten.

Early on the first day, the Start-Up gave signs that the stage would be memorable. The $ 600 buy-in tournament scored an impressive 1,648 innings and became the largest in history, excluding Millions.

Continuing the incredible success, the Main Event also recorded surprising numbers and, after the initial three days, the competition closed with 1,886 entries and also became the largest, excluding the stage that closes Brazilian poker. Repeating the numbers of the main event, the High Roller also surpassed the expectations having 288 enrolled, becoming the greater one excepting the events realized in the Millions.


On the penultimate day, when everyone no longer imagined that it would be possible to break more records came the surprising 6-handed and simply exploded. There were 434 entries in the biggest all-time edition of the tournament.

With records in sequence, BSOP São Paulo closed with a total of 7,151 registered players and R $ 9,219,415 distributed in the tournaments. In addition, the stage distributed two Platinum Passes, in the approximate amount of R $ 100 thousand each, reaching almost US $ 9,5 million in prizes.
